Alchemy Mobile Canning is a family-owned business founded by Jose and Daisy Garcia.

Jose brings over 20 years experience in packaging, along with more than 10 years of technical and mechanical experience. He began his career in food processing and packaging before spending over a decade working in the wine industry as a technician.

During his time in the wine industry, Jose had the opportunity to learn every aspect of the packaging process. From sanitization procedures and quality control to operating and maintaining the equipment, he worked hands on with every machine on the packaging line. This experience provided a deep understanding of how a packaging line operates from start to finish and the level of precision required to package beverages properly.

Daisy brings a strong business and financial management experience to Alchemy Mobile Canning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and currently manages the finance departments for two construction companies. In addition to her professional career, she oversees the financial operations and business management of Alchemy, helping ensure the company runs efficiently and continues to grow.

We started Alchemy with a simple goal: to help beverage producers package their products efficiently, professionally, and without the massive investment required to own and operate a canning line.

Coming from a background rooted in hard work, hands-on problem solving, and entrepreneurship, we build this company to provide a reliable, quality focused mobile canning service that producers can count on. We know how much effort goes into creating a great beverage, and we take that responsibility seriously when it comes time to package it. We treat every product we package as if it was our own.
